How much are your services?

Some clients want a simple cleaning or downsizing, while others want a complete concierge service including packing, moving, and real estate services. With most services we offer deep discounts. We will provide you with a personalized plan and estimated costs based on your budget and needs before we commence any work.
What if I have my own Realtor, mover, packer, etc? Will you work with them?
Of course! We always strive to offer the most comprehensive, one-stop-shop service available, however we understand if you have people you prefer working with. We will gladly offer a la carte, personalized services that fill any gaps, all the while coordinating with your own hires.
I have an estate situation involving a house I need cleaned out, fixed up, and sold. Can you help me?
Yes! We have very highly qualified team members who are also professionally licensed Realtors who can prepare and market your home for a quick and profitable sale. If you home needs cleaning out and sprucing up, we will also recommend local cleaners, downsizers, packers, trash haulers, construction specialists, and anyone else you need to make it all happen.
